Missed a medal by 2 bouts. So close and yet so far. I think I lack sleep.

Beginning was okay. I was fantastic in the beginning then later when I lost adrenalin I started to suck man. I mean I beat the number 2 seed 5-0 in the beginning man. My 3 minutes of fame. I think the ref thought my blade is rigged.
I expected the standard to be higher. I mean I thought it was lower than novices.

Then first DE. I found his weakness late man. Just had to parry sixte then riposte and my point already. Still won though.

Next bout was this lefty. I hate lefties. I suck at lefties. Lost pretty badly 8 - 15. Still he's really good. I just couldn't catch him in time. Plus I was getting sleepy and tired. My hopes at a medal is gone. It was just 2 bouts away...

Still, Mikail got something back. Bronze. And the guy I lost to in DE, he became champion.
Then again I thought... I didn't do that bad. Pretty okay. yay! I'm ranked 13 I think. Not at all too bad. Now I'm dead beat... Went training after that. Most of us like gonna die. Still, now home tomorrow with school.

I don't think I did too badly in my first epee competition. Pretty well I guess. With a blade I am so not used to yet. Still fun though. Enjoyed the moments of the events. Have to sleep now. Damn tired and sleepy.
