I really despise companies who step on people's head. Work then say we are getting lower pay than the rest. Why? inexperienced. WTF. Is this fair? selling exactly the same products and say inexperienced? Stupid cheap labour. Never going to work for this fucking company again. All this nonsense about marketing strategies is all fuck tub. All they wanted to do was to earn extra money using us.

I worked for IMF (Creative eateries) and we get all equal pay regardless of whether we are experienced or not. Only thing is rank. Management people get more pay. But all my school mates received the same pay with regards to the work put in.

And this stupid company, never again. Never ever, I feel so cheated. I sold three of this reseller's top of the line products 2 costing over $999 each. And this is the crap I received. Mind you, I earned that. Talk nonstop to the customer convincing him not to get the other brands for nearly an hour. And yes I did up sell one of the customer from a 200 plus product to a product close to grand. Inexperienced? Who can do that? You tell me?

Even the buyer who is one of the top execs of a certain company wanted to offer me a job after graduation for being such a fantastic promoter. I bet none of the sales people had that offer.

Sorry, It's not the big company at fault. It's the stupid reseller. Already our basic is lower than other employees I did not complain. All this shit about experience. I sold most of the products in pairs and most of the products I sold were the better of the lot the one not worth for money and still, I managed to sell.

And fairness? Getting the uniform late and getting blamed for low sales? People thought we were just the flyer people. And what, conflicting reasons between the technical department and the sales department got me into trouble? What for? Fuck this company.

I was so working hard today. I could have done better if they did not release the bad news to us. After that I was slacking of. Gave my customers to other people who actually get higher pay.


Anyways, enjoyed working for the 4 days. Would have enjoyed more if they wouldn't give the fucking reason that we are inexperienced.

At least I found the girl I really ever lusted for in my whole life. Never mind she may be 10 years older than me. But when I laid my eyes on her, all I ever thought of was she riding my big fat train. Seriously, I was really lusting for her. Great body, face and everything. She already looks great with so little make up. Quite friendly also. But I'd rather not try. I would probably rape her on the first date. I'm not that kind of person but I was really lusting for her. For me, looking and fantasizing is enough for me.

Hope to meet up with my work mates again one day. Nice people, can talk about anything. They also really friendly hoping to hook up and meet up again one day.

Hope to work with them again - the big company with some fairness. Hope to see her again also and actually ask her out when I actually have the self control.
